It wasn’t that painfull after all.

So do remember to update your RSS feed. New feeds can be found here.

But bear with me. I’m still working on the layout of the blog. And trust me I’m impatient, because I want the new blog to have a different look than the old one. A more simple, yet modern theme is what I’m going for. But I’ve got a lot of work ahead of me. So if any of you guys know of a great wordpress theme, please let me know.

And other tips are welcome as well.

Have a nice evening.

I came across these pictures last  week I think, and I’ve been meaning to post them ever since. I just love the way these pictures are styled. This is just pure genius. And a little warning, if you have a sweet tooth, don’t read any further. And if you do, you might as well put on some shoes and go down and buy candy afterwards.

Østerbro living in a town house with room for the entire family. I hope to live in a small house in the middle of town some day. In the meantime, I’ll just enjoy these lovely pictures of a very beautiful home.

If you have the slightest interest in interior design, and I presume that you have – otherwise you probably wouldn’t be reading my blog. I’ve stumbled upon this amazing interior design photographer called Pernille Kaalund. Her work is amazing, and I know I’ll be spending quite some time on her site.

Here are some of my favourite pictures from her Urban Living “The screenplay writers private scene”

I fel in love with this room the very first time I lay my eyes on it. It’s so perfect and a room, where you want to spend a lot of time in. The lucky girl is Maren (1), who lives in Brooklyn, NY with her parents. The room is 84 square feet and it is long and narrow.

Things I really love about the room:

  • The 15 IKEA storage boxes on the wall. They are amazing for almost everything. Unfortunately, we cannot buy them in white in Denmark anymore. So our wall can never be completed.
  • The white painted floor.
  • That yellow is the recurring color in the room. It’s a great way to create a cozy atmosphere, and color is always a great way to emphasize that this room is meant for playing.
  • All in all, I feel very inspired to do something about my daughter’s side of the room.
